****** of delivery fee

Order was paid for and canceled. Only the price of the product was refunded but the company refuses to refund the delivery fee. How can I pay for something that was never delivered? Pathetic disgusting service. This is theft. The company is making money of charging people for something they do not have. What horrible service. I want my money back this is really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
