****** me of my money, wasted an entire day making me wait and **** about me

I've had trouble with every order ive placed with Takealot since 2019. 5 times now they've delivered an order ive paid for in full only to open the box and find an item or two missing. sometimes this has happened because they couldn't source the item and cancelled it without updating the order and telling me and gone and charged me the full price. other time the people in the warehouse just didn't put the item in the box with the rest. other times like over Christmas i ordered a fancy high end and expensive version of a product only to be shipped a cheap **** version thats nothing like the one i ordered. this happened with tree lights i ordered over Christmas and because they came on the 21st there was no way to get it resolved before Christmas. so i ended up just putting me tree back in the box. with my latest order #*** i got the message that my parcel was being delivered the next day before 17:00. i got up early and left for the atm to get the COD amount. after waiting around all day i contacted Takealot at 17:00 to see what happened. the customer service rep told me the courier was around the corner and had 3 parcels left for the day and would likely arrive soon. at 17:45 i checked the app again and saw that the tracking had changed with a message saying the delivery couldnt take place because the customer didnt have the COD amount. so after wasting my whole day making me wait the courier then **** about me not having the funds so he could knock off without finishing his run. i emailed the rep about this and got no response. the next morning i phoned takealot again to tell them about this issue and told the rep all about the other missing or incorrect item issues they had caused me. he said the courier had been told to come straight to me and was on his way. i stay less than 5 minutes from the depo and yet i had to wait an hour and a half for him to show. when he did i had words with him about wasting my time and then lying about my not having the COD money. he made several attempts to shift blame and i left him outside and went to open my package. when i did i found that only ONE OF THE THREE items was actually in the box. un f%$king believable! after all my complaining to the service reps about this exact thing they did it to me again. so they've ****** me of my money without providing a product i paid for, wasted my time for an entire day and **** about me all with one order. got to hell takealot and Kim Reid can eat ****.
