Risking with people's lives

I have bought 3 I7S TWS earphones from takealot on the 30th April and got confirmation that they will be delivered on the 7th May before 17h00.To my suprise today the driver arrives with the order only to find 2 new pairs and 1 pair was in the open and it is not working.I only received 2 working pairs and 1 of them my child advised that they are a bit dirty. That delivery guy could not wait to get out of hear.Tge is covid 19 and you sent us used earphones and not sanitized.Please come collect your pair.
