RIPPING ME OFF!

I bought 2 TV's with Take a Lot a 50 inch and a 70inch on the 24/11/2024. When I was putting up my 50inch it was fine and I was very happy with it, however the 70 inch has a crack in the corner therefore the TV display has ink, I sent it back and told them the box got rained on as I had left it outside now some Tefo guy from take a lot sent me an email stating this is my fault, why the hell will I crack a 70 INCH TV which I saved up so much money for to buy during black friday? I want a replacement of my TV I never cracked that TV, it was already cracked when I UNBOXED IT!!!
