i feel like ive been de*****ed by a company i have been dealing with since they first started.i purchased a tedelex pressure cooker . which was on sale for R911.00 .this item was ordered and paid for on the 13 April 2021.it indicated that it would be delivered on 28 April.not only did i not receive what i had paid for, a cheaper version costing R789.00 was delivered.now trying to get some sort of conclusion has resulted in making this my problem,deliver what i ordered and not a cheap basic unit which i did not order.this makes me feel like ive been totally *****ed over.I AM SERIOUSLY NOT IMPRESSED BY THE SHOCKING RESPONSE AND WILL SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER EVER BUYING AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY THAT OPENLY RIPS ONE OFF.........
