Ripoff in the name of nonsensical policies

We bought 2 Samsung A26 from takealot which included handsets, card pouches and adaptors and were delivered 2 weeks ago although only given to our kids on Friday last week. first time they tried to use the adaptors they realised they both DO NOT work. now all this after they have set up the phones and all then when we tried to return the adaptors takealot site mentioned return all or nothing. I then sent a message yesterday asking and was again told about these dumb policies. Now adaptors had their own boxes and all surely when phones are working and its just adaptors not working this is an easy resolve. Now takealot wants my kids to go for weeks without phones that they sat setting up for hours just because of policies then the agents tells us they will review once returned and we either get refund or replacements. like what nonsense is this. Had we gone straight to a samsung store it would have taken time from us but the inconvenience definitely wouldn't be as painful as this nonsense we have to deal with now. So basically, takealot sells faulty adaptors knowing people cannot return phones just for faulty adaptors = a win for big corporates in the name of ridiculous policies. well done corporates for *********** struggling families and your supposed loyal customers. Shame on you
