An item that was incorrectly delivered to me was credited to my account. Only to find out about a month later that my account doesn't exist anymore so I don't have my credit anymore. So called customer care can not understand to help. I was told that I used my daughter's account when I know I didn't. There has never been any purchases made from my daughter's account. Then I am told my credit is in my daughter's account which is not true.
