Right box, incorrect item!

I ordered an item on 12 October, received it 15 October - it was going great until I opened the packing and the incorrect item is in the wrong packing! I immediately logged a return - finally got contacted by takealot requesting a photo of the item on 16th October, and then 3 days of radio silence - 4 days after the wrong item was delivered to me, I am still sitting with it, and have no idea on when I will be able to get my correct item.

This is not acceptable.
