ridiculous situation with Takealot

I purchased some equipment from Takealot. I supp**** my company name and, importantly our VAT number, so I can claim it back, in the descriptive area. (there is nowhere else). I pay and receive the goods and get an invoice from "shop-365" whoever they are, no company details, NO VAT number, just my name. I tried to call the Takealot call centre, but after selecting to speak to an agent, I got tired of the music after 10 minutes - PLEASE HELP !!
