Ridiculous Service

RRN-8fe7-842e on the 08/08/2018 i logged a return , take alot said they will be in contact with me regarding pick up of the faulty unit , the next week the person shows up and inform them no one has made a booking so i dont have the unit , the next day they pitch again , and again i inform them that i have not received and email or sms i mailed take lot and they said they will make the booking and till now i have not recived any feedback
