Ridiculous service!

I have been waiting for a refund of a cellphone order that I DIDNT even receive in the first place for 2 months now! Everytime you call in, the agents promise to give you an update but noone ever gets back to you. You don't get escalated at all, cannot speak to a manager or anything. They are very quick to collect returns but never to refund you. To wait for 2 months for an investigation (if it's even happening) for an order I didn't even receive is just ridiculous. I've called in more than 10 times now, spoke to a variety of different agents who have all these promises but nothing comes from it (Pamela, Chris, Phathezakhe, Rameesha,Inathi, Zintle and more!) Noone helps you at all. Takealot has been useless at resolving my query, no empthy for what they are putting people through at all.
