Ridiculous search function and useless filter options

<p>The search function on takealot.com is completely ridiculous and the filters are utterly useless. Not only is it impossible to locate a product quickly, it is also impossible to report this to takealot.com, since their Contact Us page takes you through 10 rounds of FAQ's and then ends up in a Page Not Found error. Example; Go to takealot.com and search for "headphones". There are tens of thousands of results... so let's eliminate earphones and headphones with microphones... oh, wait, you can't. Well, let's just narrow it down to products over R350, since that would drop most of the earphones from the results... oh, no, you can't filter for products over R350 either. So the answer is to trawl through all gazillion results ? Hmm. Guess what ? I'm shopping elsewhere now.</p>
