Ridiculous Return

I ordered a laptop for my daughter for Xmas. On Xmas day when she tried logging in it prompted for a password which was never explained or given to us. The battery doesn't charge and quite honestly it seems like they gave us a 2nd hand device. So obviously I logged a return to replace it. If you are going to put it an order make sure you have no plan to return it. They are very quick to come and collect and then no communication after that. On that note. Their response time is terrible when you log a request on their self help portal. No telephonic help is available either. Their after sale service is absolutely *******
