Ridiculous refusal of returned items after sending THE WRONG ITEM

If I could give zero stars 1 would.

I ordered 2 shirts as Christmas gifts. Both clearly stated medium. Upon receiving them, when opened we see one is XL! Which would never in aileron years fit my brother.

No big deal, I return it, only to be told me return has been rejected BECAUSE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN???? This shirt would fit 2 of my brother in them it's so big! Absolutely disgusting. I will ensure myself, company and all my family and friends never support takealot again!!+
