Ridiculous policies!

I don’t know of any other business that refuses to allow customers to cancel an order before it’s either been delivered or sent to a collection point, and in addition, refuses to refund customers the delivery/collection fee for an order they didn’t want in the first place and attempted to cancel prior to collection/delivery.

On the topic of collections, I have also never dealt with another business that charges customers for collecting their own parcels.

Totally ridiculous, unacceptable service and policies.
