Ridiculous delivery time and unfair cancellation options

Firstly, the mark-up on items is extremely high. Secondly, delivery is very long and cancellation options are not fair. I placed an order on 30th January and initially got a delivery date of 6th February. I then got notified that the delivery date changed to 13th February. Today I received another update with a new delivery date of 19th February. That is almost a month after the order was placed. Now when I try to cancel the order because I am not willing to wait any longer, they tell me that I can only cancel it when I receive a delivery SMS, which will most probably be a day before the (eventual) delivery day. Ridiculous.
