Ridiculous customer service

In December 2019 we made a purchase from Takealot for over R5000, all the items were car car products as well as machines. The pressure washer we purchased from them cost over R2500, over time using the machine we encountered a problem in which Takealot picked it up and sent it for repairs in which we had to pay for at our own expense. The machine was brought back with all its accessories missing (note that it was sent complete) after advising them they then sent out half the accesories. There is a pipe on the machine that was never sent which we waited for 2 months for Takealot eventually I had to go and pay for it to be made so I can use the machine. The machine has now stopped working and I am still waiting for a response from their so called customer service reps. This is ridiculous after spending large sums of money with Takealot! I had requested for the machine to be collected and be replaced I have still not received a response from them. I will be forwarding this to the ombudsman
