Ridiculous customer care!!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Placed an order beginning of December received a wrong package with none of my items, call them to alert them of the mistake. After days of a driver coming then refusing to pick up the wrong parcel because head office is not communicating with them properly I eventually got one driver to take the box. Got 2 emails saying it's on its way to the warehouse then I will receive a refund then radio silence for DAYS today 5 January I get a mail saying the parcel has never been collected they have no record of this. What a joke !! Everytime a different person replying to email with no clue what the hell is going on!!!
