Ridiculous!!!!

I ordered the items on the 1st of June today is the 9th I even opted to go to their pickup to in Willowton they still couldn't assist me, I'm not sure how are these people planning to swiftly deliver huge items when delivering pocket size items is such a hassle, oh by the way no one has contacted me ever since hahaha ridiculous!!!
