ridiculous

I made a purchase on takealot on the 29th of November, goods was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of December, according to the online tracking. On the 4th of December I logged on and saw the delivery date was moved to the 10th of December. I called take a lot and they assured me the delivery was going to take place on the 10th as their supplier did not have in stock. Now today, which is the 6th of December I get a message saying that delivery will take place on the 23rd of December, and with that, a stupid comment saying that they can not guarantee that their supplier will have stock on the 23rd. I mean come on takealot, first of all the product was listed as “in stock”. Secondly how am I supposed to know YOUR supplier does not have it in stock. I don’t care about your supplier as it was listed as in stock on YOUR website. Now I’m sitting here with no phone, and a promise that stock will “maybe” be available on the 23rd. Very bad service
