RFUND MY MONEY TAKEALOT OR DELIVER MY PILLOW

I ordered and paid for 6 Jack Brown Hotel Premium Goose Feather Pillows. Takealot only delivered 5 of them. Takealot acknowledged their error but to date have not delivered my one outstanding pillow. From what I understand, they refuse to take responsibility for the courier charge (bear in mind this is their fault and they should take responsibility). I have been emailing and calling them for a while now. I finally asked them to refund me for the one pillow, still nothing. This company is incompetant
