Reviews process not right

Takealot has always given me good service, sometimes after a fight. However I believe the reviews being posted are not true reflections of the products. To back my point. I submit a review with the wording "Good little light, works for kids during load shedding. Ordered pink and received blue." The review is rejected. On a second review I mention the product is not a known supplier and give 4 stars, but mention the unit has sharp edges....review is rejected. So my question is why? These are facts, not defamatory. The one is a safety issue, not fiction. And most importantly allot of us rely on true product reviews. The end result of product reviews is it allows a purchaser to see first hand if the unit is what is stated, so I am sure true accurate reviews would also save allot of needless collections. Lastly, isn't the manipulation of reviews to only allow positive aspects a misrepresentation? Would true reviews (no defamation and no profanity) not also force the suppliers to step up and ensure their supply is right? Anyway of 3 reviews done this morning....2 are rejected ?
