Reviews are worthless at takealot because they only publish positive feedback

Why does takealot not publish your reviews if you have a valid and legitimate complaint about about a product? How is a consumer protected at all if they are not allowed to see honest feedback about a product if it's not a positive comment? This flies in the face of what reviews are. They simply become marketing comments or adverts dishonestly managed to promote a product that could legitimately be flawed
