Review rejected and I was being honest

I bought from Takealot and the product wasn't as disbribed, went to write a review and they rejected my review and said I must write positive feedback. So my question is how are we going to keep buying from you guys if you dont let customer give their honest reviews? How are going to believe what we read if we can't hear form the people who actually bought the product?
