Returns with takealot are nightmares

I ordered an abdominal wheel with takealot and I received my order as I expected however they were missing items which was a wheel as the item was meant to have 2 wheels .

So I logged a return and surprisingly pick it on a second and hence I have waited for good two weeks for my return of which I did specify that I don't need a refund but for them to fix their error.

But unfortunately and very frustrating that they have credited my account for my next purchase and if I recheck the item it shows that the price has risen and bare in m8nd that I have to pay for a delivery for their carelessness .

Takealot pls fix your error and resend my order as for a matter of fact iam not not will to pay an extra amount because it sorely your mistake .
