Returns was a hassle, no replies and constant miscommunication

<p>TAkealot, keeps telling me they cant get hold of me to collect the return, but I had recieved a email confirming the return (this email was from takealot) I have to email all the time to se ethe progress.</p> <p>The matter still is pending from the 14th May till now, still no repsonse, I have been shopping from takealot for a while, but the last encounters with the call center has not been helpful at all.</p>
