Returns to takealot

I placed an order to takealot inMay. On the website there were metal hooks self adhesive. I ordered 3 of them when they arrived I noticed they have to be *****ed into the wall, so no self adhesive. I wrote to takealot. I asked them to collect the wrong items and to refund. I didn’t get any reply. A few weeks ago I started again asking for return and refund. Then started a long story asking by email over and over again for all the same details , pictures etcetera. It was very stressful . And now I get the message the time for return is over. I waited too long after delivery . Not me but takealot wasted a long time by not reacting. Is that the normal way takealot is treating their customers? It’s unfair, unacceptable and even rude. I’m feeling cheated First of all their descriptions on their website should be correct. And then when you ask for return they keep you busy for a long time and at the end they say the time for return is over. so takealot is Definitely not a fair business.
