Returns Taking Forever.

I rerturned a Garmin watch on the 19/08/2025 and it has been more than 11 WORKING DAYS. I still have not received any feedback on my watch and no follow up is being made with the merchant. I am training for a marathon and I have not had access to my running indices for almost half a month.

Super disappointing service and I will think again before buying electronics from Takealot.
