Returns still not received after months

Submitted a return for a tent that was declined because it was > 7 days. I returned it after 10 days but one can imagine that the first time you might actually use the tent is not immediately.

Nevertheless, this was returned in February and I have STILL not recieved it back in spite of countless emails to support - literally every time they say "let me escalate this".

I have neither my money nor my goods.

It's like shouting into a void of apathy.
