Returns - RRN-BBD1-0372

I received a generous voucher from my Corporate employer which I was delighted about. All orders came in correctly, yet 1 order for a 40L recycling bin combo of 4 bins, I only received 1 bin. I did check inside the 1 bin to see if there were more but then returned it unscathed the very next day as there were not. I am now being accused of lying as they state i tampered with the product, and I feel ****** during Christmas season as I only received a 1/4 of my moneys worth of R429. I have escalated this 3 times and received the same response from your warehouse and returns department. As much as the returns department say they want to help, the warehouse is not really listening. In any corporate environment, lies and deceit are dismissable offences. If this is your final response as a decline and and the final outcome is that you will be taking my money for a lesser product, please confirm, as will I need to inform my corporate employer to longer provide takealot vouchers in the future. I would rather make sure my money is safe and take a mall voucher.
