Returns process a shambles

<p>I bought an Asus laptop from Takealot a month ago and I noticed issues with one of the USB ports that sporadically fails / loses power. I logged a return with Takealot and apparently you claim that there is nothing wrong with the device. No further feedback or instructions from Takealot.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolutely disgusting service. I reported a legitimate problem with this device, I would like some concrete feedback on a resolution. I will not accept a faulty device.</p>
