RETURNS PROCESS A NIGHTMARE!

Returned an item on the 07th October (today is 22 October), and the returns process is incredibly frustrating. Firstly, the couriers came to collect, 3 times AFTER it had already been collected. Finally , after I explained that this has already been collected, they then could not find it. I am still waiting for feedback, and have had 8 different people trying to resolve the same issue! Will never buy from them again. I am so looking forward to AMAZON...have bought numerous items from the UK site and never once had any issues!
