Returns procedures needs to be fixed

I'm really not going to repeat the entire saga again with a return, but in short: - ordered a 45W charger, but a 20W charger was delivered. - 20W is still fine, so contacted returns to highlight they delivered the wrong item and asked for a refund for the difference - Takealot insists that I return the wrongly delivered item, then order THE SAME item again and wait for the delivery again, rather than just refunding the difference.

Absolute waste of time and unfortunately very typical from takealot when it comes to returns.
