Returns policy non existent

My 55 inch Hisense TV picked up some type of problem about a month ago. I tried to have it resolved through takealot Return policy as the item is still under warranty. Well, good luck with that. The TV is still sitting in my living room after a month with 3 return calls written on the original packaging.

After countless calls and emails, nothing. Asking to speak to a manager results in an email from where nobody calls you back.

Quite frankly, I would advise anybody NOT to buy appliances from takealot.
