Returns policy needs to be reviewed!! Should not become the buyer's problem!

I have recently bought a Fridge on Take a lot. There was a problem with the fridge and was told to contact manufacturer directly. This whole process has taken so much of my time and constant phone calls to try and get this resolved. Take a lot needs to take ownership of this process for the products bought trough them. I bought the product from you, not the manufacturer. Start working on your after sales service!
