Returns Policy and Procedure

I have been trying to get my order returned for two days now. Besides the supplier of this product offering a laughable quality and TakeALot.com shipping it. The return process of TakeALot.com is painful. I have been trying to return an item for a couple of days now. I have a trail of emails and sms’s with rescheduling of my collection and they still cannot manage to get the times right. I have been called by 2 drivers now. The rest haven’t even bothered to call and just logged it as “Cannot locate address”. This is pathetic. I have been placed on hold multiple times and always get the same answer “I will make sure they are there to collect within the correct scheduled times” and the drivers never are. I shop quite often on the App and this is just putting me off the entire experience. Get your logistics department up to scratch. This is the first time I’ve ever tried to return anything and it’s a ball-ache.
