Returns Policy

Hi there, Someone needs to explain to me what the 21 day returns policy even means because I'm getting different stories from Marvin as he says 21 days is for Takealot to give me an outcome but the copy of the policy from Takealot' s website doesn't say that. This return took 28 days and Marvin is busy acting like I can't read instead of an apology
