Returns Policy
I do not see anywhere where the returns policy of third party items is separate to your policy thus stating there is only one policy and that a third party supplier falls under your policy rules and regulations.

So why when I speak to a manager at the returns department, she says that there is a different policy.

Takealot order: *** was opened and resealed when I received the package . The bottom was sealed with a fedex sticker. The top(sides) was cut open and not re-sealed. There was a hole in the package. Items inside was damaged. Plastic Air pockets to keep my items safe was de-flated. Clearly results of someone tampering with my package.

I was denied a credit because the third party/warehouse rejected it even though it falls under section one of your returns policy. Note that the other two similar items I sent back was in fact credited
We're sorry your order was delivered damaged and re-sealed. We've assigned this matter to our complaints team to address with the returns department manager and our courier team. They will be in touch with you shortly to assist.
