Returns on detective goods

Ordered a Weber Kettle BBQ. On assembly I realised a defective grill. I asked to change only the defective item, as I had taken the better part of an hour to assemble it . They fetched the whole BBQ on the promise of a new on. They later cancelled the order, asking me to re-order, only to find the product is now about R700 more expensive.

On request to escalate it, the matter gets escalated to the initial consultant who dealt with the query!!!
