RETURNS NOT BEING COLLECTED

I bought a faulty TV and was given a replacement. However the faulty TV has not been collected. It is now almost a month that I am sitting with this TV. I have young children at home and am not comfortable having this TV sitting in a corner in my lounge. I have sent several emails and have called several times and they keep promising me that the TV will be collected. I don't know what to do anymore.
