Returns Issue - Money not refunded

I wanted to cancel an order from Takealot. After asking them what to do, they said wait for delivery and refuse item.<br> After I did this a few days later (delivery by Mr Delivery), I have been waiting since the 16th and after a number of emails, still no closer to a refund. Just 'Unknown Status' from the website.<br> <br> Now my credit card is getting interest charged from a payment I did not want to make.<br> <br> STILL waiting people, dont believe their 2 - 5 business days claim
