Returns Gone Wrong With Takealot....

I am trying to return a product to Takealot and the turn around time is approaching a month now with very poor communication and no end in site. They even canceled the return on their side and resubmitted it because it went over their 21 day turn around time. I have been patient and takealot just clearly doesn't like that.
