Returns Disaster

I order 2 x Exway X1 Pro Electric Skateboards at the end of November 2021 on Takelot website. Order ***2 received on 1 December 2021

The one skateboard was not working and return scheduled under MRRN-E68W9-73D5. The driver took photos on collection and to my surprise the return was cancelled on 5 Jan as it was not the same order purchased - what a bunch of ********.

So after fighting it out I requested the "broken" item to rather be returned as I would not be refunded and not going to be out of pocket and not even a broken item to show for it.

On my surprise a manual kid skateboard was returned instead of my expensive Exway X1 Pro Electric skateboard.

After weeks of trying to resolve this, nothing comes from it apart from emails promising escalations and investigations. Im positive Takealot has access to the photos the drivers take on collection of returns and is easy to resolve - if someone capable is perpared.

I have now demanded back the correct item purchased or full refund. The next step is an attorneys letter and then the fight is about morality and not about financial loss anymore.

Hopefully the correct and capable person with the organization resolves this asap before my temper has boiled over and its to late.
