Returns dept not following instructions
Every time I do a return, I write in the note to please REFUND MY CREDIT CARD<br> NOT ONCE has this instruction been follows<br> Every time, I get a notification that I have credit, I have to write back to please refund my card<br> <br> What will be done about this?<br>
