RETURNS DEPARTMENT USELESS!!!

Order Number *** was returned on the 7th of January 2016. I spoke to Waseemah who assured me the amount will be paid into my credit card after 3 working days. Today is the 15th of January 2016, I then sent her an email to follow up which she has not bothered to reply to<br> <br> I then contacted Sherry Lee Davids who is absolutely clueless about the returns process. When is my refund going to take place I have followed all the right processes and to date nobody can give me a correct answer.<br> <br> My next email will be to the board of directors and I will mention that Waseemah Gertze and Sherry Lee Davids have done absolutely nothing to help me in any way or form as I have followed all the steps.<br> <br>
