Returns are painful and no quality assurance.

I ordered a steel trunk, after taking measurements of the the item that needs to fit into it. When the trunk arrive, first of all it was the wrong size! I confirmed on takealot with the dimensions, and the trunk was labeled with the incorrect size (I ordered 610mm, 600mm came), secondly it came with scratches and dents (I didnt care too much about this).

I obviously filed a return since I cannot use a trunk thats too small, but Takealot denied my return with no compensation, they didnt even send the trunk back. WHAT A ****. Now Takealot is blatantly igoring me for the past two weeks.
