Returns are impossible!

My Consumer Rights are being ignored. It is simply impossible to return a product, no one to talk to, only emails and excuses. They refuse to refund me and even resend the product using a courier service! I bought on the Takealot app, Paid directly to Takealot, a Takealot vichicle delivered the product the first time. Now they don't want to return the product and refund me.
