Returns are impossible

The returns submission page is a joke. Buy 4 pans. Log a return, only allows you option to choose qty 1 and not 4. They come and collect only 1. Try to log a return again for the other 3. System tells you a return for this order has already been logged. Driver also refuses to take the whole order and just takes that 1 thing. Try to talk to a customer care person, no help whatsoever. There's no support. Needless to say you only get reimbursed for qty 1. Now it's happened again with knives I bought. Its *****ing your money. I'm still sitting with items I need collected. They just don't pitch up. And you still waiting for your money back. Takealot used to be amazing. What a pleasure to buy there. Now? I'd try anything in my power not to use them at all.
