Returns and replacement

Honestly I don't even know where to start.I received a wrong order at takealot which took over a week for them to come fetch it at the office. Then after the item was collected I got told that the the original item that I ordered is out of stock But guess what,I get told they can't make a replacement they will refund me back to the account I am so mad due to the fact that I must now pay for delivery fee as the item is less than R300
