Returns and Refund

<p>I have purchased * 2 Melitta - Look Aqua Vario Kettle - Black & Silver on the 1 Feb, when I receive the kettles, it is not the way it is describe, look too plasticly, and I have log in the return of these kettle ( 2 items) on the 6th Feb, but takealot has only credited my account for 1 kettle which is R629.00</p> <p>I have emailed customers service annd they has contacted me stating that it going to take a bit longer for the second kettle but this is unacceptable as it is taking too long, now I get no response from Takealot </p> <p> </p> <p>previously I am happy with their service, now their service are terrible </p>
